My ADVENTURE started 12 years ago by SELF EDUCATION, after which it became PART OF MY LIFE.

This adventure has given me the opportunity to HELP numerous students from DIFFERENT COUNTRIES.

COMMITTED to providing personalized training and COUNSELING to my students, while MOTIVATING them to find their HEALTHIEST self in all aspects.

                                                                                  

What most people want is the same. People simply want a comfortable life by having physical and mental health, understanding and wisdom, peace and freedom.

 

Physical health cannot be swallowed in the form of drugs and pills. It has to be earned through sweat. It is something that we must build up. From a healthy person, smiles and happiness shine forth like the rays of the sun.
 

Yoga allows you to rediscover a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit the broken pieces together. Yoga allows you to find an inner peace that is not ruffled and riled by the endless stress and struggles of life. Yoga allows you to find a new kind of freedom that you may not have known even existed.

 

I offer my experiences in the hope that with faith, love, persistence and perseverance you will savor the sweet flavor of yoga.

This 40 minute yoga class for everyone is the perfect way to awaken the body in the morning or any time of the day when you feel like you need to increase your flow of energy. An online yoga practice that will allow you to strengthen the body and increase flexibility from the comfort of your own home. This yoga flow is all about finding the stability and power in your lower body and challenging the core at the same. We will flow, we will breathe, increase flexibility, balance, strength, and find that power from within. I love, appreciate and see benefit in all types of yoga.
Therefore in my practice I blend them all together.
I firmly believe, it is not about the sequence student have to achieve, but the comfort of the asana created for your own body needs.
On my classes we start from the gentle stretch and joints mobility in order to get ready to rock and warm up the body in active flow and then move in to slow deep stretch.
