WHY YOGA

I’m Tania Dars and I am founder and instructor of yoga with Tania Dars.

I am a yoga alliance certified instructor.

I started my yoga journey in 2011, and keep learning and practicing on a daily basis.

I have studied all types of yoga and know how to combine them all together in order to bring benefits for specific needs of your body.

I was lucky to train and motivate hundreds of people from different countries with different complex conditions and requests along thousands of people through my online platforms.

In front of my eyes I have seen how yoga supports active men and women like you in their high pressure lifestyles as well as improve the quality of it and start having a break though, finding new goals and meaning in life.

Yoga is my mission!

7 DAYS YOGA COURCE

In this 7 day online yoga course I'll lead you into a fulfilling yoga retreat with just 15 minutes per day.

We will start slowly with light stretch, gradually building up your flexibility and relaxing and stretching all your body parts: calves and hamstrings, opening up your hips and stretching your spine.

What makes these yoga videos different is that every video is highly specific and gives a clear objective and supports your exact need. It is a quite radical approach in yoga where classes are given names such as hatha yoga or

vinyasa flow which don’t give away much information about content or outcome you will achieve with your time.

 

It is my mission to make this practice accessible to individuals who don’t have the time to join expensive yoga studios or commit to one hour plus weekly yoga classes.

In this course you will practice only for 15 minutes per day on multiple aspects at a time.

All of us can find 15 minute a day to allocate to our body and mind maintenance and development.

TYPE OF YOGA

I love, appreciate and see benefit in all types of yoga.
Therefore in my practice I blend them all together.
I firmly believe, it is not about the sequence student have to achieve, but the comfort of the asana created for your own body needs.
In my classes we start with a gentle stretch and joints mobility in order to get ready to rock and warm up the body in active flow and then move in to slow deep stretch.
